The management and the Board of Director will decide whether or not to pay dividend or amount to be paid by taking into account the Company\u2019s future investment plans and business expansion, including other necessity and suitability.<\/p>\n<p>The subsidiaries\u2019 dividend payment policy will be the same as that of the
